Chris Roy (Company Director) is a qualified, certified and licensed building practitioner who has extensive experience in residential builds.

Our scope of work ranges from retaining and decking through to major renovations and new builds.

We have knowledge and experience in working with engineers/designers and territorial authorities as well as with sub-contractors (electrical, plumbing, digger operations, gas etc).

All timber products are sourced from sustainably managed forests, in accordance with the New Zealand Timber, Wood products and Paper Procurement Policy.  We are committed to limited construction wastage and product packaging on site.  This can be both cost effective for the company and for the environment.  Any wastage is reused where possible or disposed of correctly.
